Production Process

Raw Material Procurement and Inspection

The company selects high-quality alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials as raw materials for production. After procurement, the raw materials must pass strict chemical composition, physical properties, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with national and international standards, providing a guarantee for product quality.

Cutting and Blank Preparation

According to product specifications and design requirements, cutting equipment is used to cut and prepare the raw materials, ensuring dimensional accuracy and material utilization. This process uses CNC cutting technology to ensure uniform dimensions in each batch of raw materials and reduce errors in subsequent processes.

Heating and Forging

The cut materials are heated to an appropriate forging temperature, then undergo the forging process. Through free forging or die forging, the materials are heated to high temperatures to form the preliminary shape of flanges or other components. The forging process is carried out under high-tonnage forging equipment, ensuring the internal structure of the product is dense, improving strength and toughness.

Rough Machining

After forging, the product enters the rough machining stage, where lathes, milling machines, and other equipment are used to perform initial machining on the product’s external shape and internal structure. This process ensures the basic shape of the product and prepares it for the subsequent fine machining.

Heat Treatment

To improve the mechanical properties of the product, heat treatment (such as quenching, tempering, etc.) is carried out to increase hardness and wear resistance. The company is equipped with advanced heat treatment equipment and strictly controls temperature and cooling speed to ensure the product meets all performance indicators.

Fine Machining

After heat treatment, the product enters the fine machining stage, where CNC machine tools are used for precision turning, drilling, milling, etc. This ensures that the product’s dimensions, flatness, and surface finish meet high standards. In the fine machining process, technicians adjust process parameters based on design requirements to ensure that each product meets the precision requirements of the customer.

Surface Treatment

To prevent corrosion during transportation and use, the product surface undergoes sandblasting, coating, or galvanizing. Based on different customer requirements, corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant surface treatment solutions are provided to extend the product’s service life.

Quality Inspection

The company strictly implements full-process quality inspection and process control at each production stage. Finished product inspection includes dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, and chemical composition analysis to ensure that every product meets factory standards. The company also possesses advanced inspection equipment such as magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure that the product is free from internal defects.
